Crushing Gender Stereotypes Workshop
Kimberly McLeod, Program Manager, Leadership Development and Academic Initiatives Anita Borg Institute
Stereotypes can hold people back from everyday and personal evolution and underlying stereotypes prevent people from becoming all they can be. This interactive workshop will help participants learn how to 1) work around the impact of stereotypes and reduce the impact they have on your everyday evolution, 2) reduce the impact personal stereotypes have on your own productivity, and 3) gain savvy skills and tools to succeed as technical women in industry and academic careers.
