Hello,

My name Ala Abutabanjeh, I am from Jordan.  I have always been fond of learning about science and new technology in my early ages; I was first seriously exposed to its beauty after I entered Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST). Having certain interests in mind, I chose a technology-oriented, business-supported education and started to expand my vision about Computer Science and Information Systems. I was very enthusiastic to study what has been my favorite topic since the secondary school days, and my dream started to become true. The dream became a reality as I received a Bachelor of Science and Information systems (Computer Information systems) degree at the beginning of 2006.

Now that I have determined the exact field I want to work in, which is Computer Science, I feel that I am well prepared to start graduate studies leading to a Master’s degree in an environment that is strong in both academia and research. The Department of Computer science at Saint Xavier University is the perfect choice offering students exposure to a diverse faculty and research fields. Furthermore, graduate studies with brilliant faculty and top-class research groups provide unmatched experiences and a lifelong pride of being a member of such a unique department.
