March 2nd meeting

Agenda:

• Discuss how workshop #4 went.

• Discuss what we plan on doing at workshop #5.

• Finalize t-shirt designs and decide who will make them.

Results of the meeting:

• We discussed how workshop #4 went.

• We finalized the t-shirt color and design.  Jacky will purchase the t-shirts and create the t-shirts.

• Alina showed us her idea of candy robots to give to the girls.  We decided to give them out.

• We finalized the certificate design.  Maggie will e-mail Alina the class list so that she can print the certificates.

• We discussed how the show-and-tell at McAuley will go.  We will create a poster for display during the lunch periods.

• We decided on all of the girls' prizes.  We will give each girl a t-shirt, candy robot, and a group photo.

• We will be giving the girls a pizza party on the final day.
