The Imposter Syndrome Workshop

Carol Rudisill, Director, Academic Initiatives and Leadership Development, Anita Borg Institute

This workshop discusses why women in particular have difficulty internalizing their accomplishments. For women to advance in their organizations, it’s important that this phenomenon be addressed. Technical women are responsible for amazing work and innovation and often they do not think it is worthy of acknowledgement.  This issue is prevalent at all stages of a career.
