few. When the Support team cannot solve an issue it is escalated to
me, if it relates to my system. Claire’s is a multiple platform

point in my day. In addition to the email system, the mobile devices
used by Claire's employees are connected to servers that I maintain.
We have Blackberry, Android, and iOS devices in use by company
personnel. I recently completed an online course on Lotus Script and
am now just beginning to write scripts. We have many agents already in
the system. These agents perform work in the background and off-hours.
It is my responsibility to maintain these scripts.I also get to work
on many projects throughout the year. The projects are always related
to Lotus Domino in some way, but many involve collaboration with
others on my team or another Claire's location like our offices in the
United Kingdom or Hong Kong.
