Play chess online through the club's free server. You have the option of playing in real-time or in a passive mode. In passive mode, you make your move and can leave the server. When your opponent replies, you will receive an email message and can then return to the server to make your next move. Given the busy lives everyone seems to be leading these days, this is a very friendly mode!

Players on the server are all SXU faculty, staff, students, alumni, members of their families, or the U.S. Chess Federation.Register on the server site.
